Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to make a correction.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@rosierockford.com and we'll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier.
